Common use of EFP Clause in Contracts

EFP. If a Transaction is part of an EFP transaction conducted in accordance with the rules of the New York Mercantile Exchange (“NYMEX”), Buyer shall sell and Seller shall buy a number of futures contracts for the specified Product and month provided in the terms of the Transaction equal to the volume to be delivered pursuant to the Transaction on a date to be mutually agreed by Buyer and Seller.
