Effects. If this Agreement is terminated as provided under this Section 8.1, this Agreement will be of no further force or effect upon termination; provided that (i) the termination will not relieve any Party from any liability for any antecedent breach of this Agreement, and (ii) Section 6.4, Section 6.6, Section 6.7, Article 7, Section 8.2, Section 9.2, Section 9.6, Section 9.7, Section 9.8, Section 9.9 and Section 9.12 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
