Effectiveness of Distributions. Unless otherwise determined by DowDuPont prior to the MatCo Distribution, the MatCo Distribution shall be deemed to occur at 5:00 p.m., New York City Time, on the MatCo Distribution Date. Unless otherwise determined by DowDuPont prior to the AgCo Distribution, the AgCo Distribution shall be deemed to occur at 12:01 a.m. on the AgCo Distribution Date.
