Common use of Effectiveness and Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, the Operating Partnership and all Unitholders who sign and deliver counterparts of this Agreement. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of all parties and their successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.

Effectiveness and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution and delivery of counterparts by the Managing Member, the Company and the Original Members, and shall thereafter be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the CompanyManaging Member, the Operating Partnership Company and all the Unitholders who sign and deliver counterparts of this Agreement. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of all parties and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.
