EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE POLICY- AGREEMENT. The effective period of this POLICY- AGREEMENT shall be ten (10) years, which may be extended automatically in terms of one year, and shall not cease to have effect as long as all the Certificates issued and forming part of this POLICY-AGREMENT have been cancelled; the foregoing notwithstanding the effective period stipulated for each one of the Certificates issued thereunder. In these periods, THE CONTRACTING PARTY(S) AND/OR THE JOINT AND SEVERAL OBLIGOR(S) shall also remain bound to the conditions and obligations contracted in terms of this document.

  • Period of the Agreement This Agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the Agreement fully executed. This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Project is completed or unless terminated as provided below.

  • Period of Agreement This Agreement shall start on _, 20 (“Effective Date”), and end on , 20_ _, at 12:00 midnight (“Listing Period”), unless the expiration date is extended in writing.

  • Period of Leave (a) The period of leave will be for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December.

  • Period of Retention All books, records, reports, and statements relevant to this Contract must be retained a minimum three years and for five years if any federal funds are used under this Contract. The retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by the City, or from the date of termination of this Contract, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative and judicial litigation which may ensue.

  • Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.

  • Waiting Period and Benefits (A) Employees Disabled Prior to April 1, 1998 * (* See Explanatory Note in Preamble to this Addendum.) In the event an employee, while enrolled in this Plan, becomes totally disabled prior to April 1, 1998 as a result of an accident or a sickness, then, after the employee has been totally disabled for six (6) months the employee shall receive a benefit equal to two-thirds (2/3) of monthly earnings.

  • AGREEMENT PERIOD The terms of this Agreement and the performance of the parties hereto shall commence, or be deemed to have commenced, the 1st day of January 2020 and will continue through the 31st day of December 2020, both dates inclusive, unless sooner terminated or extended as provided for herein.
