Effective Date; Term. This Contract shall become effective for the Fund(s) on the effective date set forth on the cover page of this Contract, and shall continue in effect until the termination date set forth on the cover page of this Contract. Thereafter, the Contract shall continue in effect for successive annual periods only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Board in the manner required by the Act.
