Common use of Effective Date; Term Clause in Contracts

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30, 2016, and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30, 2016. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30August 8, 20162014, and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30, 2016. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect thereafter only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30July 1, 2016, 2005 and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30until July 1, 20162007. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30October 1, 20162013 (the “Effective Date”). Unless terminated as herein provided, this Agreement shall remain in full force and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30the Effective Date. Subsequent to this initial period of effectiveness, 2016. Thereafter, the this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30April 1, 2016, 1999 and shall continue in effect for a term of two years from June 30, 2016that date. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

The aforesaid requirement that continuance of this Agreement be “specifically approved at least annually” shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules Rules and regulations Regulations thereunder.

Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

The aforesaid requirement that continuance of this Agreement be "specifically approved at least annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules Rules and regulations Regulations thereunder.

Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30December 7, 2016, 2009 and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30until December 7, 20162011. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30March 27, 2016, 2009 and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30until March 27, 20162011. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30January 23, 2016, 2009 and shall continue in effect for two years from until June 30, 20162010. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30May 23, 2016, 2006 and shall continue in effect for two years from until June 30, 20162007. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30obn May 24, 20162000. Unless terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall remain in full force and shall continue in effect for two (2) years from June 30, 2016. Thereafter, following the Agreement shall continue in effect effective date hereof and thereafter only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders Trustees in accordance with Section 15(a) of the Fund in the manner required Act, and by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed majority vote of the disinterested Trustees in a manner consistent accordance with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunderrequirements of Section 15(c) thereof.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30September 25, 2016, 2002 and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30until September 25, 20162004. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30March 11, 2016, 2002 and shall continue in effect for two years from until June 30, 20162003. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30March 8, 2016, 2006 and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30until July 1, 20162007. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30January 2, 20162018 (the “Effective Date”), and shall continue in effect for two years from June 30, 2016the Effective Date. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Effective Date; Term. This Agreement shall become effective on June 30October 19, 2016, 1999 and shall continue in effect for a term of two years from June 30, 2016that date. Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.

Thereafter, the Agreement shall continue in effect only so long as its continuance has been specifically approved at least annually by the Trustees, or the shareholders of the Fund in the manner required by the Act. The aforesaid requirement shall be construed in a manner consistent with the Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
