Common use of Effective Date of this Agreement and Termination Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of this Agreement and Termination. (a) This Agreement shall become effective at the later of (i) execution of this Agreement, or (ii) when notification of the effectiveness of the Registration Statement has been released by the Commission.
