Effective Date of Amendments. Any amendment under Section 9.1 shall be effective not less than thirty (30) Days after notice to Publisher (Licensor). The Publisher (Licensor) may voluntarily terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the PatentBook Administrator prior to the effective date of such amendment.
