Common use of Effective Date of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Effective Date of Adjustment. such adjustment shall become effective (in a case falling under (x) above) immediately after the Record Date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive such warrants or (in a case falling under (y) above) immediately after the Company fixes the said consideration but retroactively to immediately after the Record Date mentioned above;

Effective Date of Adjustment. such adjustment shall become effective (in a case falling under (x) above) immediately after the Record Date for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive such warrants rights or (in a case falling under (y) above) immediately after the Company fixes the said consideration but retroactively to immediately after the Record Date mentioned above;
