Common use of Effective Date Certificate Clause in Contracts

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received the Effective Date Certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from the Borrower.

Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received an Effective Date Certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit K attached hereto, duly executed by a Financial Officer of Holdings and each Borrower and dated the date of the initial Credit Extension. All documents and agreements appended to the Effective Date Certificate shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 from Administrative Agent and the BorrowerLenders.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the Effective Date Certificate a certificate substantially in the form attached hereto as of Exhibit A-1 from A hereto, dated the Fourth Amendment Effective Date and duly executed and delivered by the chief executive, financial or accounting (or equivalent) Authorized Officer of each Borrower.
