Effective Date and Closing. The conveyance of the Properties by Seller to Buyer shall occur on October 2, 2013 (the “Closing” or “Closing Time”) unless extended by the written agreement of the parties, to be effective simultaneously with the Closing Time (the “Effective Date”).
