Effective Communication. Effective Communication means written or electronic communication in a form satisfactory to MassMutual, which will be deemed given when delivered personally, upon receipt of a transmission confirmation (with a confirming copy sent by overnight courier) if sent electronically or by facsimile or like transmission, and on the next business day when sent by Federal Express, United Parcel Service, Express Mail, or other reputable overnight courier.
