Effective Communication. The Contractor, upon request, shall provide appropriate aids and services to facilitate effective communication with qualified persons with disabilities so that such persons can participate equally in the Contractor’s programs, services, and activities, including qualified sign language interpreters, documents in Braille, and other ways of making information and communications accessible to people who have speech, hearing, or vision impairments, as required by the ADA.
