This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board of Education and the Exclusive Representative Association, representing the employeesall employees as set forth in Article 2.1. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesemployees of the school district. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to obligate the school district to continue or discontinue existing or past practices, or prohibit the school district from exercising all management rights and prerogatives, except insofar as this exercise would be in express violation of any term or terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesSchool Nutrition personnel of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative Federation representing the employeesEducation Assistants of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School school District policies, rules or regulations concerning the terms and conditions of employment clearly inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesemployees of Independent School District 279. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Any individual teacher contract, heretofore or hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesUnion. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing Union as the employeesexclusive representative of the teachers. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementcontracts, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning the terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesprincipals of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreement, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesexclusive representative. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations rules, and regulation concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesteachers of the District. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesteachers of the School District. In the event a successor agreement has not been executed at the time of the expiration of this agreement, a teacher shall be compensated at the status quo rate and step until such time that a new agreement is executed.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative Association representing the employeesteachers of the district. The parties through their authorized agents have executed this labor agreement on the dates set out below.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesexclusive representative. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative union representing the employeesinterpreters of the school district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesemployees of the School District. Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesRepresentative. The provisions herein of this Agreement relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing Union as the exclusive representatives of the employees. The provisions herein relating to the terms and conditions of employment supersede supersedes any and all prior Agreement, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning the terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and to conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreement, resolutionsagreements, practices, School District school policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment employment, insofar as such are inconsistent with these provisionsthe provisions of this Agreement.

In the event a successor agreement has not been executed at the time of the expiration of this agreement, a teacher shall be compensated at the status quo rate and step until such time that a new agreement is executed.

The provisions herein relating to the terms and conditions of employment supersede supersedes any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning the terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between agreement ­between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative union representing the employeesinterpreters of the school district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative Association representing the employeesprincipals of the School District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Association The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the a full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesadministrative assistant and clerical employees of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesRepresentative. The provisions herein of this Agreement relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions. S ection 3. Finality: Any matters relating to the current Agreement term, whether or not referred to in this Agreement, shall not be open for negotiation during the term of this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the full and full, complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesbuilding engineers, head groundskeepers and district maintenance engineers of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing Union as the employeesexclusive representative of the preschool teachers. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementcontracts, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning the terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing Union as the exclusive representative of the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to the terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representatives representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Cooperative and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesteachers of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District cooperative policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative representing the employeesexclusive representative. The provisions herein of this Agreement relating to terms terms, and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, and School District policies, rules rules, or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District #912 and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesteachers of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District school board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete completed Agreement between the School District school district and the Exclusive Representative Union representing the employeesemployees of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District school district policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to obligate the school district to continue or discontinue existing or past practices, or prohibit the school district from exercising all management rights and prerogatives, except insofar as this exercise would be in express violation of any term or terms of this Agreement.

Effect. This Agreement agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesadministrators of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and full, complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesvehicle technician employees of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior Agreementagreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employeesemployees of the district. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to obligate the School District to continue or discontinue existing or past practices, or prohibit the School District from exercising all management rights and prerogatives, except insofar as this exercise would be in express violation of any term or terms of this agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative representing Association as the exclusive representative of employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District Board policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative Association representing the employeesteachers of the District. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment inconsistent with these provisions.

Effect. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete Agreement between the School District Board and the Exclusive Representative exclusive representative representing the employees. The provisions herein relating to terms and conditions of employment supersede any and all prior AgreementAgreements, resolutions, practices, School District policies, rules or regulations concerning terms and conditions of employment employment, inconsistent with these provisions.
