Effect upon Termination. Termination or cancellation of this AGREEMENT for any reason shall not in any way impair or reduce the obligations of the parties under Paragraph 4.04 (Deferred Fees), Section 8 (Confidentiality), and Section 9 (Miscellaneous Provisions). Any termination shall in no way restrict any other rights or remedies which may accrue to either party under the provisions of this AGREEMENT or through due legal process.
