Common use of Effect on Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on Purchase Agreement. On and after the date of this Amendment each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Effect on Purchase Agreement. On and after the date of this Amendment each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement Except as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendmenthereby, the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect effect, and the Purchase Agreement is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed. On and after the date of this Agreement, each reference in the Agreement to the "Agree­ment", "hereinaf­ter", "herein", "herein­after", "hereunder", "hereof", or words of like import shall mean and be a reference to the Agreement as amended by this Agreement.

Effect on Purchase Agreement. On and after the date of this Amendment each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof,” “herein,” or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by the First Amendment and this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by the First Amendment and this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.

Effect on Purchase Agreement. On and after the date of this Amendment hereof, each reference in the Purchase Agreement to “"this Agreement,” “" "hereunder,” “" "hereof,” “" "herein,” " or words of like import referring to in the Purchase Agreement Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendmenthereby. Except as specifically amended by this Amendmenthereby expressly amended, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and unmodified, and is hereby ratified and confirmedconfirmed in all respects on and as of the date hereof.

Except as amended hereby, the terms and provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the Purchase Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed. On and after the date of this Amendment Agreement, each reference in the Purchase Agreement Waiver to “this Agreement,” “the "Agree­ment", "hereinaf­ter", "herein", "herein­after", "hereunder,” “", "hereof,” “herein,” ", or words of like import referring to the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmedAgreement.

Effect on Purchase Agreement. On As expressly amended by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall continue in full force and after effect in accordance with the terms, provisions and conditions thereof as in effect on the date of this Amendment each reference hereof. As used in the Purchase Agreement to Agreement, the terms “this Agreementherein,” “hereunderhereto,” “hereof,” “hereinhereby,” or “hereinafter,” “this Agreement” and words of like similar import referring to shall, unless the Purchase Agreement shall mean and be a reference context otherwise requires, refer to the Purchase Agreement as amended by this Amendment. Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, the Purchase Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified and confirmed.
