Common use of Effect of Waivers and Consents Clause in Contracts

Effect of Waivers and Consents. Lender’s consent to or waiver of any matter shall not be deemed a consent to or waiver of the same or any other matter on any future occasion. No failure to exercise and no delay in exercising, on the part of Lender, any right, remedy, power or privilege pursuant to any Loan Document shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, power or privilege pursuant to any Loan Document preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, remedy, power or privilege. No course of dealing between any Credit Party, any Affiliate of any Credit Party, and Lender shall be effective to amend, modify or discharge any provision of any Loan Document.
