Effect of Termination on other Employees. In the event of termination, the Employee shall not for a period of at least three (3) years after termination persuade or attempt to persuade any employee of the Employer or any of its subsidiaries to leave the Employer's or subsidiary's employ or to become employed by any person other than the Employer or subsidiary.
