Effect of Termination on Compensation. Section 3.05. In the event of termination of employment, Employee shall be entitled to the compensation accrued and earned prior to the date of termination as provided for in this Article 3, computed pro-rata, up to, and including, the date of termination. Other than as may be provided herein to the contrary, Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation following such date of termination.
