Effect of Termination of the Agreement. The termination of this Agreement shall not in any way operate to impair or destroy any of the rights or remedies of either Shareholder, or to relieve any Shareholder of its obligations to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, which shall have accrued prior to the effective date of termination. Furthermore, the Shareholders expressly agree that Clauses 10.7, 13.1 and any other Clauses of this Agreement, which may, from time to time, be determined by mutual agreement of the Shareholders, shall survive any termination for any reason whatsoever of this Agreement.
