Effect of Termination of the Agreement. (1) If the Agreement is terminated, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereto under the Agreement shall be terminated immediately, except for the responsibilities and liabilities that shall be assumed in accordance with Articles 6 and 8 of the Agreement.
