Effect of Termination / Financial Compensation. In the event of termination for other than breach, notwithstanding the termination, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as to any unit which is “in progress” ("in progress" is defined as any unit which the Program Sponsor has already performed House Plan and Specification Review) until the Program Sponsor provides the Services with respect to such housing. The Program Sponsor shall be compensated by the SHLP Member for such units “in progress” as set out in Section 2.1, Article 2.
