Effect of Switching On Converter Operation. Switching of a reactive compensation bank, if required, at either converter terminal shall not interfere with the control and continuity of power transfer on the Merchant Transmission Facility system or disrupt normal control of power transfer or voltage regulation at the converter terminals.
