Effect of Project Completion or Termination. Grantee agrees that Project completion or termination of this Agreement does not invalidate continuing obligations imposed on Grantee by this Agreement. Project completion or termination of this Agreement does not alter the County’s authority to disallow costs and recover funds on the basis of a later audit or other review, and does not alter Grantee’s obligation to return any funds due to the County as a result of later refunds, corrections, or other transactions.
