Effect of Notice of Tax Redemption. Once a Notice of Tax Redemption is given, Securities offered to be redeemed become due and payable on the Redemption Date and at the Redemption Price stated in the notice, except for Securities which are converted in accordance with the terms of this Indenture and except for Securities described in Section 14.03(a). Upon surrender to the Paying Agent, such redeemed Securities shall be paid at the Redemption Xxxxx stated in the notice. Failure to give notice or any defect in the notice to any Holder shall not affect the validity of the notice to any other Holder.
