Effect of Laws. Rules and Regulations: Both parties recognize that employees covered by this Agreement shall perform the teaching and non-teaching services prescribed by the Board and shall be governed by Federal Law, the laws of the State of Minnesota, the rules and regulations of the State Board of Education, and by reasonable Board rules, regulations, directives and orders that are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
