Common use of Effect of Investigation Clause in Contracts

Effect of Investigation. Any due diligence review, audit or other investigation or inquiry undertaken or performed by or on behalf of Purchaser shall not limit, qualify, modify or amend the representations, warranties or covenants of, or indemnities by, Seller made or undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of the knowledge and information received (or which should have been received) therefrom by Purchaser.

Effect of Investigation. Any Subject to Section 5.06, any due diligence review, audit or other investigation or inquiry undertaken or performed by or on behalf of Purchaser shall not limit, qualify, modify or amend the representations, warranties or covenants of, or indemnities indemnities, by, Seller made or undertaken pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of the knowledge and information received (or which should have been received) therefrom by Purchaser.
