  • Effect of Expiration or Termination; Survival Expiration or termination of the Agreement shall not relieve the Parties of any obligation accruing prior to such expiration or termination. Any expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights of either Party against the other accrued or accruing under this Agreement prior to expiration or termination, including, without limitation, the obligation to pay royalties for Therapeutic Collaboration Products sold prior to such expiration or termination. The provisions of Section 4.1 shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement and with respect to the obligations of the Parties shall continue in effect for seven (7) years. In addition, the provisions of Articles 1, 7 and 8, and Sections 2.7, 2.10, 2.15, 5.4, 5.5, 9.3 through 9.18 shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
