Effect of Expiration and Termination Accrued Rights Survival. (a) Expiration and termination of this Agreement, in part or in its entirety, shall not extinguish any rights or obligations that have accrued to the benefit of either Party prior to such expiration or termination (as applicable), including any rights of the Service Provider to receive payment under Section 5.1.
