Effect of Builder’s Termination. If this Contract is terminated by the Builder, the Builder shall have the right to retain the Buyer’s Supplies together with any instalments paid by the Buyer and shall have the right and power either to complete or not to complete the Vessel as it deems fit but in any event shall sell the Vessel (either in its complete or incomplete form), including those Buyer’s Supplies which are installed or have been utilised on board the Vessel, at the best price reasonably obtainable at a public or private sale on reasonable terms and conditions.
