It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofClosing Date, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20October 9, 2021 2014 through the date hereofOctober 22, 2014, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofJanuary 28, 2015, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from December 11, 2014 through January 2028, 2021 through the date hereof2015, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofDecember 14, 2022, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20November 7, 2021 2022 through the date hereofDecember 14, 2022, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofNovember 22, 2017, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20November 1, 2021 2017 through the date hereofNovember 22, 2017, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofSeptember 17, 2019, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20August 13, 2021 2019 through the date hereofSeptember 17, 2019, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofJune 27, 2018, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20May 15, 2021 2018 through the date hereofJune 27, 2018, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofClosing Date, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January February 20, 2021 2015 through the date hereofMarch 31, 2015, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Agreement shall, as of the date hereof, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20August 10, 2021 2021, through the date hereof, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofJune 25, 2010, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20April 14, 2021 2010 through the date hereofJune 25, 2010, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofJanuary 24, 2013, replace in its entirety the Original Amended and Restated Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from October 31, 2012 through January 2024, 2021 through the date hereof2013, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement and the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofClosing Date, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20May 8, 2021 2013 through the date hereofJune 5, 2013, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofOctober 30, 2013, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20October 4, 2021 2013 through the date hereofOctober 30, 2013, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofClosing Date, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20February 18, 2021 2014 through the date hereofMarch 5, 2014, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofApril 23, 2014, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20March 5, 2021 2014 through the date hereofApril 23, 2014, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofJune 11, 2019, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20April 1, 2021 2019 through the date hereofJune 11, 2019, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofSeptember 21, 2016, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20August 2, 2021 2016 through the date hereofSeptember 21, 2016, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereof___________, 20__, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January ___________, 20__ through ___________, 2021 through the date hereof20__, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofNovember 13, 2002, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20November 4, 2021 2002 through the date hereofNovember 12, 2002, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.. * * * * *

It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, shall as of the date hereofSeries 2007-SN1 Closing Date, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 20May 10, 2021 2007 through the date hereofJune 7, 2007, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided provided, further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofFebruary 1, 2008, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 2018, 2021 2008 through the date hereofFebruary 1, 2008, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.

Effect of Amendment and Restatement. Effect of Amendment and Restatement. It is the intent of the parties hereto that this Trust Agreement shall, as of the date hereofFebruary 16, 2006, replace in its entirety the Original Trust Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to the period of time from January 2026, 2021 2006 through the date hereofFebruary 16, 2006, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by the Original Trust Agreement; and provided further, that the amendment and restatement of the Original Trust Agreement shall not affect any of the grants, conveyances or transfers contemplated by the Original Trust Agreement to have occurred prior to the date hereof.
