EFFECT AFTER TERMINATION. When the Agreement is terminated due to any reasons, APRINOIA shall cease the use of Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-how; and shall return or destroy the information and Confidential Information that is received from QST regardless of tangible or intangible based on this Agreement upon instructions of QST.
