Common use of Educational Service Providers Clause in Contracts

Educational Service Providers. In the event the Organizer intends to contract with a third party organization that will manage or operate the Charter School or provide a significant portion of the managerial or instructional staff to the Charter School on a fee basis and pursuant to a fee-based contract, that organization shall be known as an Educational Service Provider, and such relationship shall meet the requirements as set forth in “Exhibit D” to this Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
