Educational Evaluation. The DJJ and the School Board agree to: 1. Develop an integrated assessment process to ensure that all youth, including students with educational exceptionalities and special needs, are evaluated for the purpose of determining the most appropriate educational, residential, and treatment programs. 2. Collaboratively define assessment protocols for intake, service implementation, and transition planning. 3. Collaboratively define and implement evaluations of treatment and educational services.
