Educational Evaluation. The DJJ and the School Board agree to the following: 1. To comply with the district’s special education procedures to ensure that all youth, including students with educational exceptionalities and special needs, are evaluated for the purpose of determining the most appropriate educational, residential, and treatment programs. 2. Collaboratively define and implement evaluations of treatment and educational services.
