Common use of Educational Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Educational Evaluation. The DJJ and the School Board agree to the following: 1. Develop an integrated assessment process to ensure that all youth, including students with educational exceptionalities and special needs, are evaluated for the purpose of determining the most appropriate educational, residential, and treatment programs. 2. Collaboratively define assessment protocols for intake, service implementation, and transition planning. 3. Collaboratively define and implement evaluations of treatment and educational services which includes education staff participation in student treatment team meetings (either in person or via written input provided prior to the meeting). 4. Ensure all student assessments as required by The Florida Department of Education are administered within established timelines.
