Common use of Educational Degree Clause in Contracts

Educational Degree. Eligible employees that have received a District approved Educational Degree shall be compensated annually as follows: ● Associate Degree three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) or; ● Baccalaureate Degree four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800). Payment of Degree pay shall be per pay period and at no time may employee receive more than the established amounts listed above for corresponding educational degrees.
