Educational Courses. The Corporation shall pay full course fees to a member who is requested by the Chief, or as requested by the member and approved by the Chief, to attend an educational course(s). Requests for courses to be taken which will have a budgetary impact, must be received by the Chief by October 1st of the year prior to the course being taken.
