Common use of Educational Courses Clause in Contracts

Educational Courses. Where employees are required by legislation, regulation or the Employer to take courses to upgrade or acquire new employment qualifications, or to maintain existing qualifications, in connection with their job duties and responsibilities, the Corporation shall pay the full tuition costs associated with the courses and shall make available to the employee any text books required.
