EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS PROGRAM. The Contractor shall cooperate and assist the Village to continue a Public Awareness Program. The Contractor shall be required to encourage and promote recycling services to the community. The program will include an information brochure outlining the collection programs, its costs, terms, compliant procedures, regulations, day for collection, commingling of recyclables, promotion of community recycling, suggested programs or solutions for collection and disposal of refuse and bulky waste not included in this residential program (see Statement of Work, attached hereto) and other applicable information, at no cost to the Village. The booklet shall be subject to approval by the Village Board. The Public Awareness Program shall continue through the contract period.

  • Wellness Program Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a department or agency from recommending experimental “fitness” type programs and reward programs involving wellness promotion activities. Any such activities shall be funded from the department’s separate appropriation, after review by the Benefits Advisory Committee and approval by the Secretary of Administration, or designee.

  • Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training 68.1 The Employer must schedule one-hour long site toolbox per Project to increase drug and alcohol awareness. The toolbox must be scheduled during working hours. 68.2 Employees will be paid their normal rate including all allowances while attending the toolbox provided by this clause. 68.3 The drug and alcohol awareness toolbox must include information about drug and alcohol rehabilitation and treatment services available to Employees. 68.4 The preferred training provider is ADA Australia, however an alternate training provider may be used by the Employer provided that the training provider must have demonstrated experience and expertise in delivering drug and alcohol awareness training.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
