Common use of Education Code Clause in Contracts

Education Code. This Article is intended, for the purpose of suspension, to replace the provision of Education Code Sections 44944, but will not apply to suspension pursuant to the Education Code Sections 44940 or 44942. Nor is the Article intended to preclude the District’s right to non- reelect probationary unit members.
