Common use of Education Code Clause in Contracts

Education Code. This article is intended for the purpose of suspensions for up to 15 days to replace the provisions of the Education Code Section 44944, but will not apply to suspension pursuant to Education Code Section 44939, 44940, or 44942. Nor is this article intended to preclude the District’s right to non re-elect probationary unit members or to release temporary teachers pursuant to the Education Code.
