Common use of EDS Update Obligation Clause in Contracts

EDS Update Obligation. Contractor is required to notify the City and update the EDS whenever there is a change in circumstances that makes any certification or information provided in an EDS inaccurate, obsolete or misleading. Failure to notify the City and update the EDS is grounds for declaring the Contractor in default, termination of the Contract for default, and declaring that the Contractor is ineligible for future contracts.
