Edison. s meters shall be sealed and the seals shall be broken only when the meters are to be inspected, tested, or adjusted by Edison. Seller shall be given reasonable notice of testing and have the right to have its Operating Representative present on such occasions.

Edison. s meters shall be sealed and the seals shall be broken only when the meters are to be inspected, tested, tested or adjusted by Edison. Seller shall be given reasonable notice of testing and and, to the extent reasonably feasible, shall have the right to have its Operating Representative a representative present on such occasions. Edison may inspect and test all meters upon their installation and annually thereafter. At Seller's request and expense, Edison shall inspect or test a meter more frequently in accordance with Edison's Tariff Rule No. 17.
