ECI Services. 5.1 Grantee must comply with the requirements of 20 U.S.C. §1436(d) and 34 CFR §303.344 regarding development of an Individualized Family Service Plan (“IFSP”). In addition, the IFSP must include other elements as required by HHSC. Grantee must provide the array of ECI services identified in 34 CFR §303.13 in accordance with the IFSP through qualified service providers. All staff must provide services to address the development of the whole child in the context of the family, and in the context of natural learning activities, in order to strengthen the capacity of the family to meet the unique needs of their child. ECI services must be delivered in accordance with IDEA Part C and TAC Title 40, Part 2, Chapter 108. 5.2 To provide the following ECI services, the service provider must be knowledgeable in child development and developmentally appropriate behavior, as well as possess the requisite education, demonstrated competence and/or experience identified below:
ECI Services. HMO must provide all federally mandated services contained at 34 C.F.R. 303.1 et seq., and 25 TAC Section 621.21 et seq., relating to identification, referral and delivery of health care services contained in the Member's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). An IFSP is the written plan which identifies a Member's disability or chronic or complex condition(s) or developmental delay, and describes the course of action developed to meet those needs, and identifies the person or persons responsible for each action in the plan. The plan is a mutual agreement of the Member's Primary Care Physician (PCP), Case Manager, and the Member/family, and is part of the Member's medical record.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements regarding covered pharmacy and over-the- counter (OTC) benefits. The Contractor will comply with the EOHHS Pharmacy Home Program and the Generics First Initiative, including the maintenance of the drug formulary in accordance with the direction of the EOHHS Pharmacy Committee.
