Eavesdropping. The use of eavesdropping, public address, or audio systems, and similar surveillance technology shall be strictly prohibited. However, on school buses, video devices may be used to ensure student safety. The District shall notify the Association regarding the installation/use of any such equipment to be used for student safety. At no time shall the District use surveillance in a location where employees or students have a reasonable expectation for privacy.
