Earned Pay Upon Leaving District. Any employee who has quit, terminated employment (except for termination for cause), retired, or has been laid off shall be entitled to unused vacation pay. Any departing employees shall have their last year’s vacation allotment pro-rated from July 1 to the last day of employment.
