Early Termination Without Cause. 10.2.1 The REIT may not terminate the Agreement during the Initial Term, except for Cause. After the Initial Term, the REIT may terminate the agreement without Cause upon 180 days’ prior written notice to the Manager and subject to payment of the Termination Fee pursuant to Section 10.4 (except as otherwise provided in Section 13.1).
