Early Repurchase. The Net Asset Value per Unit may fall below US$10 during the life of the Series Trust and accordingly the repurchase price of Units which are repurchased before 17 January 2014 could be below US$10. Furthermore, any repurchase of Units effected prior to 17 December 2010 will be subject to an extraordinary charge as described below in the section headed "Issue and Repurchase of Units – Repurchase of Units".
